Open Door

Connecting you with the care you need

The Open Door Program is a free community healthcare resource for everyone, including newcomers, the uninsured, and those with language barriers. We believe that everyone should have safe, judgment-free access to better healthcare.

Our program is a multifunctional resource with the goal of encouraging those to learn, empower, advocate for themselves and take charge of their health.

Start the conversation on preventative care in your local community with the Open Door Program. We’re here to help you stay on top of your health by providing health and wellness services that cater to your community’s needs and can help you connect to healthcare providers through Open Door’s general network.

We offer information and support to all, including those without OHIP; we’re here to support and provide quality services in a safe and welcoming space – right in your neighbourhood.

Come by and speak with one of our nurses to connect with the right care for you!
