13th annual Sinai Health/UHN Geriatrics Institute Education Day

Please consider attending 13th annual Sinai Health/UHN Geriatrics Institute Education Day on Thursday June 8th, 2023, from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM via ZOOM.

Topics range from community support and home care, incontinence, dementia, to social isolation and caregiver supports.

Toronto Western Family Health Team Health Education Workshops for the Public

 As part of supporting the health needs of our community, the TW FHT is starting a series of regular Health Education Workshops, most of which are open to both TW FHT patients and the public. They are free of charge and usually one hour in length.
