Mid-West Family Practice Network Annual General Meeting

We are excited to be hosting our first Annual General Meeting and hope you can join us either in-person or virtually at the Faculty Club on June 7th, 5:30-7:30 pm. The room has capacity for 50 in-person attendees of the AGM. We are here to represent the needs of the primary care providers in Mid-West Toronto.  

5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - cocktails (for in-person attendees)
6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - AGM (virtual broadcast begins at 6:30 p.m.)

As members, you will hear about our incorporation as a not-for-profit corporation, the activities we have undertaken on your behalf, and have the chance to influence our direction in the next year. We are also thrilled to be able to host a fun evening with food and wine and a chance to mingle and hear about the unique ways primary care is practiced in Mid-West Toronto.
