Further hospital support for your patients requiring hip or knee arthroplasty: Toronto Regional Arthroplasty Collaborative (TRAC)
Supported by Ontario Health Michael Garron Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences are open to receive your referrals:
To refer your patients to TRAC and hasten their access to hip and knee arthroplasty surgery, you may complete a referral in the following ways:
eReferral via Ocean (preferred), or
By downloading the referral form at ReduceMyHipandKneeWait.ca
To access TRAC, select on the referral form Sunnybrook or MGH as your preferred site, or select the next available appointment across the Toronto region.

NEW Giant Cell Arteritis Fast Track Clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital
There is a new fast-track clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital-UHN for patients with suspected Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA). The clinic's goal is to provide rapid clinical assessment and investigations, including vascular ultrasound, for patients with suspected GCA (new or relapsing) within 24-48 hours.

The Toronto Mental Health and Addictions Access Point
The Toronto Mental Health and Addictions Access Point (referred to as The Access Point) is a centralized point where you can apply for individual mental health and addictions support services and supportive housing. The Access Point provides coordinated access to several services within the large network of service providers through one application and intake assessment process.
